• Experience in insurance in an MGA model
• Strong understanding of underwriting and claims management risks
• Experience in a technology-driven company preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of insurance risk framework
• Oversee identification and management of insurance-related risks
• Support compliance team with MGA license application
• Work with product teams to assess risk profiles
• Communicate key risk metrics to senior leadership
• Develop claims management policies
• Ensure accurate reporting of insurance risk metrics
• Run the Insurance Risk Working Group
