  • Experience with vulnerable customers or fraud cases preferred

Responsibilities

  • Attend emergency calls for fraud reports
  • Work with financial institutions to recover funds
  • Provide outstanding support experience
  • Guide members through investigations
  • Explore data for performance tracking
  • Support new team members
  • Create effective workflows for recurring issues
  • Work in 24/7 shifts
