Requirements

  • Experience with API integrations and network troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Provide platform training for users
  • Map customer processes to ThreatConnect capabilities
  • Eliminate bottlenecks in problem resolution
  • Develop relationships with customers
  • Manage service requests and communications
  • Identify risks to enable adoption
  • Travel to customer sites for problem resolution
  • Interface with Product Managers
