Requirements

• 8+ years experience in IP validation
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Deep understanding of digital logic and validation techniques
• Hands-on experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation
• Proficiency in C/C++, shell scripting, and Python
• Experience with debugging tools like JTAG and protocol analyzers
• Experience with high-speed IPs or peripherals is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and test automation frameworks

Responsibilities

• Validate silicon components for AI hardware
• Collaborate with engineers across systems and software
• Lead validation of core IP blocks
• Drive IP validation strategy
• Define and execute test plans
• Develop validation infrastructure
• Own validation and debugging processes
• Support firmware and low-level software validation
