Overview

Senior System Engineer responsible for developing algorithms and analyzing performance of the Telesat Lightspeed satellite constellation.

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in system design and modeling with strong programming skills.

The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, System, Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in system design and modeling
• Strong programming skills
• Experience with Matlab
• Experience with agile development desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and test algorithms in Matlab
• Perform detailed performance analysis of the Telesat Lightspeed constellation
• Collaborate with System Modeling, Software Development, and Quality Assurance teams
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers
• Write technical documentation
• Follow Agile methodologies
