Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

Role involves working directly with customers to ensure successful Teleport deployments.

Ideal candidate should have experience in IaC, Linux systems, and programming in Go or Rust.

• Work with customers for successful deployments
• Remove roadblocks in deployments
• Write and fix IaC deployments
• Develop workarounds
• Write Go code for bug fixes and features
• Articulate complex issues to customers
• Gather requirements for product and engineering teams
