Requirements

• Proven customer support experience
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

Responsibilities

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
• Provide answers to clients and sales representatives
• Select and explain best solutions
• Expedite correction or adjustment
• Test programs and software apps
• Improve system performance
• Insert customer and account data in the database
• Compile and verify data accuracy
