Responsibilities

• Manage order processes including account setup and invoicing
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Revenue
• Reconcile reports for management
• Establish relationships with various departments
• Identify process gaps and improve workflows
• Propose solutions based on analysis
• Assist with tax inquiries
• Prepare ad hoc reports
