Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in HCM modules
• Experience as Solution Architect in implementations
• Previous consulting experience preferred
• Experience in at least 4 full cycle client implementations
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and configure Workday
• Assist in testing Workday solutions
• Mentor other consultants
• Manage multiple projects
• Develop working relationships with team and management
