Requirements

• Workday core certified
• 4 to 7 years in Compensation module
• Experience as Solution Architect
• 4 full cycle client implementations
• Consulting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Master at least 2 modules in HCM product suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Implement and support HCM solutions
• Manage multiple projects
• Engage with clients and stakeholders
• Configure Workday solutions
• Assist in testing Workday solutions
• Mentor other consultants
• Help convert legacy data into Workday
• Ensure optimal test coverage
