• Hands-on experience in Java
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in UNIX environment
• Hands-on experience in Shell or Perl scripting

• Automate manual processes
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Create documentation and runbooks
• Mentor junior team members
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Drive resolution of client issues
• Suggest improvements for client experience
