• Deep understanding of performance tuning for relational databases
• Good understanding of infrastructure components
• Experience with scripting/programming languages
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Excellent English

Responsibilities

• Advise on optimal database design
• Design data flow processes
• Monitor and optimize database queries
• Lead cross-group optimization processes
• Write utilities and design dashboards
• Develop automation tools
• Face challenges of scale and visibility
• Involved in development and infrastructure projects
