Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technical support
  • Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python)

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior technical knowledge to CREs
  • Foster relationships with development engineering team
  • Develop technical troubleshooting sessions
  • Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests
  • Work with Escalation Management team on hot accounts
