• Own the ML roadmap
• Lead end-to-end development of ML features
• Design and improve core ML systems
• Build and lead the ML team
• Mentor and guide team members
• Establish standards for model development
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies
