Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Overview

Role involves designing and optimizing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
• Microsoft certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of CRM solutions
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules
• Develop and optimize workflows and custom applications
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Perform data migration and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot CRM-related technical issues
• Provide guidance to junior team members
