Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1)
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
  • Understanding of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android
  • Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
