Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for clients
• Address inquiries and resolve issues
• Ensure seamless logistics experience
• Confirm new loads and enter work orders
• Assist with incoming calls
• Schedule loads and update system
• Confirm prepulls and notify customers
• Update shipper receiver contact info
