Requirements

• At least 6 years of backend engineering experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with Go or scalability/database/Redis
• Experience with SDK development/React/Swift/Compose

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction
• Manage sprints
• Lead a team of 2-3 direct reports
• Work closely with other team leads and product leaders
