Staff Software Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of application development experience
• Strong experience with NodeJs or C#
• Experience with JavaScript / ReactJs or frontend tech
• Good understanding of containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with relational databases (Postgres / MySQL)
• Strong exposure to DevOps and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in the software development life cycle
• Collaborate with product and project managers
• Ensure applications are scalable and secure on AWS
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance
• Mentor new engineers
• Drive technical direction of products
• Create unit and integration tests
• Enhance practices to streamline development
