Responsibilities
Own lifecycle strategy from signup to retention Design journey frameworks and channel strategies Develop KPI frameworks and lifecycle dashboards Lead A/B testing and multivariate experimentation Act as subject matter expert on lifecycle best practices Create documentation and playbooks
