• Lead a team to build marketing automation solutions
• Hire and mentor full-stack engineers
• Execute against the roadmap following agile practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers
• Promote software development best practices
• Architect scalable web APIs and backend systems
• Identify and solve technical challenges
• Conduct interviews for high-performing candidates
