• 1+ years in leadership with 3 direct reports
• Experience with Typescript, React, GraphQL
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and AWS is a plus
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Participate in project design and implementation
• Promote software development best practices
• Plan and architect scalable web APIs
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers
• Conduct interviews for high-performing candidates
• Balance and prioritize projects
