Overview

Role responsible for leading analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years focused on ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into specifications
• Lead workshops for process improvement
• Liaise between business units and technical teams
• Support testing efforts
• Monitor project progress and risks
• Provide training to end-users
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates
