• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Familiarity with architectural drawings
• Understanding of due diligence and technical requirements

Responsibilities

• Collect workplace requirements
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate meetings with upper management and vendors
• Identify and address project risks
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and SOWs
• Negotiate contracts with contractors
• Monitor project performance
• Supervise project activities
