Requirements

  • Dutch or Italian speaking skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interact with candidates via phone and social media
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening
  • Develop talent pipelines
  • Promote employer brand
  • Maintain candidate databases
