Ideal candidate should have knowledge of construction project lifecycle and permitting processes.

• Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook/Adobe PDF

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project management activities
• Interface with municipal departments for permits
• Prepare purchase order requests and track check requests
