Role involves supporting B2B portal migration to Amplience CMS and ensuring integrations.

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years in Business Analysis for CMS & eCommerce platforms with strong CMS migration experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Analysis
• Strong experience in CMS migration projects
• Experience with headless CMS implementations
• Familiarity with API-based content integrations
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews
• Document existing CMS content structures
• Work with developers on BFF adjustments
• Define content governance and workflows
• Gather business needs for full-page preview
• Support UAT testing and validation
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams
• Define API integration requirements
