Requirements

• 3+ years of HRBP or generalist experience
• Strong understanding of Czech labor law
• Experience in multiple HR areas

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact
• Manage end-to-end HR processes
• Support local change initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor law
• Collaborate with global HR partners
