• Drive QA strategy and execution
• Lead design and maintenance of automated test scripts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and API testing
• Define and improve automation frameworks
• Track and manage defects
• Lead and mentor QA team members
