Responsibilities

• Ensure operational processes are followed
• Monitor workflow and inventory movement
• Serve as operational liaison with 3PL
• Conduct performance reviews with 3PL
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Manage order processing and shipping timelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
