QA Tester

Overview

Quality Assurance Tester responsible for planning and executing software testing initiatives.

Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with SDLC and strong QA background.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years' experience with formal SDLC
• 3-5 years' experience in Business Process Design/Software Testing

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete initiatives along the SDLC
• Develop and execute test plans
• Document detailed defect reports
• Work with developers to resolve issues
• Maintain quality standards
• Create SDLC deliverables
• Develop metrics for monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
