Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of paralegal experience
• Certification from a recognized paralegal program

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of corporate documents
• Maintain corporate records
• Conduct legal research
• Coordinate due diligence activities
• Prepare and file annual reports
• Assist in organizing board meetings
• Monitor compliance with corporate laws
• Liaise with external legal counsel
