• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience with cloud-based software and APIs

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers
• Monitor customer communications
• Serve as a technical advisor
• Diagnose technical issues
• Create fraud detection rules
• Collaborate with teams
• Support customer onboarding
• Lead training sessions
