• Knowledge of network issues
• Familiarity with scripting in Bash or Python
• Practical knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL
• Experience in web server administration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers for service availability
• Resolve customer support tickets
• Manage cloud operations
• Set up backups and deploy software
• Perform security audits
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation
