Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA required
• 10-15 years of accounting experience
• Experience in high-growth startup or tech industry preferred
• Deep experience shaping accounting policies and procedures
• Technical knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and hands-on

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the accounting function
• Oversee reporting, processes, controls, and systems
• Optimize month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes
• Manage external audits
• Implement systems to improve efficiency
• Partner with FP&A for financial insights
• Hire, mentor, and develop accounting team
