Overview

Responsible for full cycle HR tactics supporting company goals and employee relations.

Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years as a Generalist and strong communication skills.

Preference for candidates in/around the Los Angeles greater area

• 4-5 years HR experience preferred
• 2-3 years as Generalist required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS required
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees on HR matters
• Conduct disciplinary conversations and investigations
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide HRIS support
• Assist with recruitment
• Review compensation for compliance
• Handle employment inquiries
• Create internal policies
