Responsibilities

• Manage entity/subsidiary setup and compliance
• Obtain corporate insurance coverage
• Implement process improvements in compliance
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory changes
• Maintain corporate records
• Assist in establishing new subsidiaries
• Ensure timely filing of regulatory requirements
