• 3-5 years of experience in IT/Cloud operations
• Strong experience with application support (Java, Grails, Hibernate)

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the platform
• Analyze application performance issues
• Oversee monitoring of SaaS applications
• Manage lifecycle of alerts and incidents
• Develop operational procedures and runbooks
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with security policies
• Plan scheduled maintenance activities
