• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for Enterprise customers
• Troubleshoot bugs and create reusable code snippets
• Develop standard solutions and improve documentation
• Support Customer Solutions and Sales teams
• Build and maintain support infrastructure
• Participate in developer community rotation
• Liaise between customers and internal teams
• Research best practices and learn features
