• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 7 years' experience in FP&A
• Strong understanding of upstream and midstream natural gas value chain
• Proven experience in M&A integration
• Familiarity with enterprise planning systems
• Excellent project management skills
• Advanced experience with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A integration planning
• Partner with Finance leadership
• Align key planning processes
• Identify and mitigate organizational resistance
• Identify integration risks and issues
• Conduct comparative analysis of FP&A structures
• Develop ERP/EPM integration roadmap
• Provide status reports to leadership
