Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js)

Overview

Responsible for hands-on development and guiding a small engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience with Next.js and strong leadership skills.

Applicants must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Next.js
• At least 2 years of experience with Next.js App Router
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ReactJS

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core product components
• Collaborate with the Product team
• Participate in code reviews
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding
• Maintain high code quality
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and improve system stability
