Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for technical issues
  • Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries
  • Assist users with troubleshooting
  • Document incidents and solutions
  • Track and monitor reported issues
  • Assist in user account management
  • Contribute to Help Desk Guide
  • Support onboarding activities
