Requirements

• At least 5 years of software experience
• Minimum 3 years in project management
• Minimum 2 years in a software agency
• Experience with Agile development
• Expertise in JIRA, Slack, Preceden
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Budget and forecasting skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee project phases
• Act as primary client contact
• Define project scope and objectives
• Develop detailed project plans
• Monitor project progress
• Facilitate project kickoffs and reviews
• Manage project budgets
• Collaborate for process improvement
