Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary data team
• Define best practices for data modeling and transformation
• Own the data stack and architecture
• Collaborate to define KPIs and build dashboards
• Drive data governance and quality
• Guide development of data products and experimentation frameworks
• Align data strategy with business objectives
• Stay updated on modern data tooling
