Ideal candidate should have 2+ years of client support experience, preferably in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot first line issues
• Document client communications
• Coordinate with other departments
• Generate reports as needed
• Maintain Hubspot records
• Proactively document scenarios
• Facilitate call outs
