Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Document and track platform bugs
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Engage with customers via calls and tickets
  • Consult with customers about products
  • Learn platform configuration
  • Perform administrative duties
