• Manage and optimize revenue cycle processes
• Prepare and submit insurance claims
• Monitor claim status and resolve errors
• Analyze and resolve claim denials
• Maintain patient insurance and billing records
• Prepare reports on claim status and trends
• Create spreadsheets for revenue analysis
• Collaborate with clinical operations
