Ideal candidate has 3+ years leading a data science team and hands-on experience with machine learning in production.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a data science team lead
• 3+ years experience implementing machine learning algorithms
• M.Sc in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Data Scientists
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Analytics teams
• Shape vision for analytical capabilities
• Experiment to improve product offering
• Oversee training of strategic models
• Lead research and development of Machine Learning capabilities
• Standardize processes within the team
