• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical engineering drawings
• Design and analyze HVAC and plumbing systems
• Coordinate with architectural teams
• Revise technical drawings
• Conduct technical reviews
