Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks
  • Assist with customer support and order processing
  • Help coordinate and launch email campaigns
  • Create simple social media posts
  • Support product reviews and feedback management
  • Update and manage products
  • General VA tasks
